Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in the interior, tiles, and Bathware verticals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
Generate leads through market research, client visits, and networking.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and follow up to close deals.
Maintain client records and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field acceptable.
2-4 years of experience in business development or sales in the
interior, tiles, or Bathware
segment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability with architects and designers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.16 - ₹45,000.55 per month
