Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and present company services effectively
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities
Maintain healthy relationships with new and existing clients
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Update CRM and maintain proper records of leads and interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
Confident, presentable, and willing to learn
Ability to work in a team and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
