We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for requirement understanding Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales status Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in IT sales / business development (Freshers can apply) Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile apps, cloud, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in B2B IT sales Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
