Identify and generate leads through platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals
Bid on projects, prepare proposals, and close deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding
Hands-on knowledge of
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
