? Handle customer communications, and software product-related
conversations & queries.
? Independently negotiate & close deals, maintain relationships with clients &

? Manage contracts, sales follow-up, invoices & payments follow-up.
? Nurture all marketing qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality
follow-ups.
? Identify insights & pain points from conversations with prospects and
