About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Associate with excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to generate leads. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to build strong client relationships while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels.
Communicate clearly and confidently with potential clients in English via calls, emails, and meetings.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-up with leads to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and closures.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective growth strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English communication (verbal and written).
Proven ability to generate leads and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM usage (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development.
