Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Associate
to support student outreach, lead generation, and admissions coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the education or edtech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Explain available courses, eligibility, and study abroad benefits.
Follow up on leads and guide students through the application process.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM/database records.
Assist in organising seminars, education fairs, and school/college visits.
Work closely with the senior business development team on growth campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
Experience in sales or education counselling is a plus (but not mandatory)
