B2B Business Development Officer - Robotics, AI & Program Branding

Job Objective

To develop institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, while also branding

MGS ROBOTICS

programs, workshops, competitions, and events across campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Business Development (B2B)

Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, ITIs & skill centers

Meet Principals, HODs, Management & Placement Officers

Present robotics, AI, automation training programs

Finalize MoUs, workshops, bootcamps & diploma programs

Program & Event Branding (NEW - IMPORTANT)

Promote & brand MGS ROBOTICS programs inside campuses

Coordinate robotics workshops, demo days, tech fests & competitions

Organize seminars, orientations & awareness sessions

Ensure branding materials (banners, standees, posters, certificates)

Increase brand visibility through academic events

Marketing & Outreach

Support roadshows, school visits & college campaigns

Assist in social media promotions for events

Collect photos, videos & testimonials for branding

Track market trends & competitor activities

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with technical teams & operations team

Prepare institution-wise proposals & reports

Maintain CRM / lead tracking

Required Qualifications

Any Degree / Diploma (MBA - added advantage)

Experience in B2B / Education sales / Event marketing

Strong communication, presentation & coordination skills

Willingness to travel & manage events

Preferred Skills

Experience in campus branding/education events

Basic knowledge of robotics, STEM, AI, IoT

Ability to manage multiple events & institutions

Salary & Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary - ?15,000 - ?30,000 / month (based on experience)

Incentives: Commission per new Business

Branding performance bonus (reach & visibility)

Location: Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil N?du

Work Type : Full-time | Field + Office + Events

Monday - Saturday

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
