Job Opening: Business Development Associate
Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, you will be the key driver of our company's growth. Your role will focus on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities. You'll actively contribute to expanding our market presence by conducting outreach, pitching our solutions, and closing deals. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop strategic sales skills, understand customer needs, and contribute directly to revenue growth within a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as schools, coaching centers, corporations, or individual learners. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Conduct product/course demos and presentations. Handle full sales cycle: follow-ups, negotiations, closing deals. Maintain and update lead data, track pipeline progress using CRM. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to refine sales strategies and improve offerings. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Collect feedback from clients/students to improve product/user experience.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-2 years experience in sales, business development, or an EdTech environment is a plus (freshers also welcome, if you have the right attitude). Strong communication skills -- verbal & written. Good persuasion & negotiation ability. Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel / Google Sheets / CRM software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple leads. Able to work under target/pressure and committed to results.
