Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, freelance platforms, and other sources.
Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social media.
Understanding client requirements and pitching services accordingly.
Schedule meetings and follow-up with clients regularly.
Maintain client database on Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
Assist with proposals, quotations and sales reports.
Work closely with internal teams to hand over confirmed projects.
Required Skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Confident in client interaction and presentations.
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing etc.) -- preferred.
Lead generation & market research skills.
MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
Self-motivated, target-driven & good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Any stream).
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
0-2 years of experience in business development / sales / customer handling.
