We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to strengthen our B2B customer base in the paint/manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new B2B clients in the paint / manufacturing sector.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, industry visits, and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Production, QC, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and service.
Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and technical product details.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and identify potential growth opportunities.
Visit customer sites when required for product demonstrations, sample collection, and follow-up.
