Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through
LinkedIn, calls, and email campaigns

Generate qualified leads for both
IT service projects
(web, app, AI) and
recruitment & staffing services
.
Present Quantumhook's service offerings in a professional and convincing manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, HR, and marketing) to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
Track leads, maintain CRM data, and follow up to ensure conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the management team.
Requirements:
Graduation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and cold calling
.
Basic understanding of
IT services, AI technologies, and recruitment processes
is a plus.
Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven.
Knowledge of tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
will be an added advantage.
