1. Reaching out to potential customers via high-volume calling (60-70 calls/day) to generate leads and introduce our solutions.
2. Conducting in-depth market research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
3. Qualifying leads via channels such as research, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
4. Maintaining an organized lead pipeline, handling follow-ups, and nurturing initial client connections.
5. Strengthening and supporting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
6. Cooperating on reports, proposals, and documentation using MS Excel and Word.
7. Presenting platform features to clients and updating management with regular feedback.
