Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales, with experience in utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and client interactions effectively.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Track sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Experience

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a related industry. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic plans. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
