What You'll Do:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on driving our growth through:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, and other innovative methods.
Lead Nurturing:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients by providing accurate and timely information, addressing queries, and guiding them through the sales funnel.
Lead Conversion:
Effectively converting qualified leads into successful client partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Taking ownership of the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
Reporting:
Generating comprehensive reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.
Best Practices & Innovation:
Continuously seeking and implementing best practices in business development and exploring innovative strategies to maximize lead generation.
You must be
comfortable interacting with US-based customers
, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating AtumCode Solutions' value proposition.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a strong focus on lead generation.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Self-Motivated:
A highly self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
Results-Oriented:
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with the software development industry, particularly mobile app and web development, is a significant plus.
