The Business Development Associate - Real Estate Acquisitions will be responsible for engaging with residential property owners, presenting the company's value proposition, and driving successful home purchases. This role involves managing seller conversations end-to-end, conducting on-site property assessments, coordinating pricing decisions internally, and closing transactions in line with monthly acquisition targets. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based startup environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified seller leads and initiate first-level conversations with homeowners.
Present and clearly communicate the company's home-buying value proposition using data-driven insights.
Conduct on-site property visits to evaluate homes from a business and buyer perspective, capturing accurate qualitative feedback.
Coordinate with internal pricing and analytics teams to finalize competitive and viable purchase offers.
Manage the acquisition pipeline, forecast closures, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly purchase targets.
Work closely with reporting managers to negotiate, close deals, and complete booking documentation with sellers.
Ensure a smooth handover of closed transactions to the Customer Experience team for post-sale processing.
Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems to track progress and performance.
Represent the brand professionally, demonstrating trust, transparency, and customer empathy in all interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage complex conversations and guide sellers through transaction processes.
Solid business acumen with basic mathematical and pricing understanding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language.
High comfort level with targets, execution planning, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
