About the role: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Key duties:

About you:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Commerce would be Preferable.
• Communication Skills: Assess, ability to articulate the thoughts clearly and concisely, as well as the active listening skills.
• Motivation and Drive: Excellent selling, negotiation skills.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Evaluate the problem-solving skills by presenting hypothetical sales scenarios and ask to describe the approach to find solutions and closing deals.
• Customer Focus and Empathy: Assess of understanding the importance of customer satisfaction,
• The ability to understand customer needs, and the willingness to provide personalized solutions.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Inquire about the experience working in teams, their role within the team, and how they contributed to achieving common goals.
