Role Overview
The role involves
driving business growth in the pharma industry
by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. You'll work closely with the leadership team to expand ScratchNest's presence in the pharmaceutical space and align our solutions with the needs of pharma companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
pharma sector
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharma companies.
Present and pitch ScratchNest solutions tailored to
pharma use cases
.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through structured business development activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
Proven
1-3 years of experience in pharma sales / business development
.
Strong network and understanding of the
pharmaceutical industry and its buying cycles
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields
(MBA is a plus).
