Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to lead and grow our bicycle sales across India. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor and retail relationships, and building our brand presence across India.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Indian market aligned with company goals Identify, onboard, and manage bicycle distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, or retailers Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis Attend trade fairs, cycling expos, and industry events to promote the brand Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and submit regular reports Collaborate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries Provide product feedback and market insights to the R&D team

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field Minimum 2-5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets . Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven and able to work independently Fluency in English

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
