. We are looking for a

results-driven Business Development professional

to help us scale sales and acquire high-value international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and close

B2B leads

for IT, blockchain, Web3, and software development services Identify opportunities through

LinkedIn, email outreach, portals, referrals, and direct sales

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations Conduct client calls, demos, follow-ups, and negotiations Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports Achieve monthly and quarterly

revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

1-5+ years of experience in

IT / Software / Blockchain sales

Strong understanding of

software services, blockchain, Web3, SaaS, mobile & web development

Excellent

English communication & negotiation skills

Experience working with

international clients

preferred Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive mindset

Good to Have

Experience selling

blockchain, crypto exchange, fintech, or SaaS solutions

Existing client database or lead sources Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
