Support business development and technical sales of Power Factor Correction (PFC) and Harmonic Filter solutions through lead generation, sales coordination, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads, especially in industrial sectors.
Support senior sales engineers with proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
Conduct site visits and coordinate pre- and post-sales activities.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred).
0-5 years experience in B2B industrial sales (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of PFC, harmonic filters, and electrical systems.
Good communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
