Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to make outbound/inbound calls, communicate with customers, promote products or services, and generate leads or resolve customer queries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
? Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or issues.
? Explain product/service features clearly and convincingly.
? Maintain customer records and update information in the database/CRM.
? Generate leads, schedule appointments.
? Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company. ? Achieve daily/weekly call and target goals.
? Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. ? Report call outcomes and feedback to supervisors.
? Follow up with customers to ensure conversion or satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications
? Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Punjabi language.
? Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
? Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry). ? Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
? Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support agent, BDE (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Environment
? Full-time shift (night shift).
? Office-based in Mohali, Punjab.
? Incentives/bonuses based on performance.
