We are a leading IT company located in Ludhiana. We are expanding our team in sales and marketing. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing or in any banking sector, you can apply for this role. We required a candidate with excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibility-

Find and generate new leads through cold calling and visit client locations for meetings. Maintain strong relationships with new clients plus existing clients. Aware of client needs and present the appropriate solution. Arrange meetings, attend the meetings, and close the deals. Negotiate with clients and close the deals that meet or exceed sales. Keep the record of the clients and update the management team.

Qualifications Required:

- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets
- Experience in sales and marketing to develop tailored strategies
- Ability to provide training and support to team members in sales or marketing roles
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals
- Prior experience in related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
