Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
Visit clients on-site to present products/services and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Must have own vehicle and smartphone for field visits.
Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
