Job Description

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, institutions).

2. Sales & Business Development

Present company's interior design & turnkey solutions to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

3. Design Coordination (Pre-Sales)

Work with in-house design team to create concept presentations for clients.

Understand client requirements and communicate design feasibility and cost.

4. Project Handover & Coordination

Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution team once project is confirmed.

Act as the client's first point of contact during the sales-to-execution stage.

5. Market Research & Networking

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to generate leads.

6. Reporting & Targets

Maintain client database (CRM).

Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline status.

Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Business Development.

Strong communication & presentation skills.

Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients.

2-5 years of experience in interior design sales preferred (freshers with strong interest may apply).

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,690.69 - ₹40,833.07 per month
