URGENT REQUIREMENT We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving course sales to guardians, individuals, schools, coaching centers, and through social media platforms. Additionally, the role includes the management and promotion of a scholarship program integrated into our courses. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Course Selling: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell our courses to guardians, individuals, schools, coaching centers, and through social media platforms. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms that highlight course features and benefits. 2. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate monthly leads from diverse sources, including direct outreach, referrals, social media campaigns, and networking events. Qualify leads and manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with guardians, individuals, schools, and coaching centers to foster long-term partnerships. Address inquiries, provide information, and offer support to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and influencers on social media platforms to expand market reach. Collaborate with internal teams to create joint initiatives that enhance both course sales and the scholarship program. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of scholarship program management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
