Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

In-House Sales Executive

to counsel students, promote educational programs, and convert walk-ins and leads into enrollments. The role involves understanding student needs, explaining course benefits, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound leads, walk-ins, and telephonic inquiries

from students and parents Provide

accurate information

about courses, certifications, admissions, fees, and career outcomes Conduct

student counseling sessions

to identify educational and career goals Convert inquiries into

successful enrollments

Follow up with prospective students via calls, messages, and emails Coordinate with the

academic and operations team

for batch scheduling and onboarding Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Participate in

education fairs, seminars, and in-house events

when required Collect feedback and support student retention initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Convincing ability with a

student-centric approach

Basic knowledge of

sales techniques and lead conversion


Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,633.23 - ₹20,863.13 per month
