The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving student admissions at KT Global School. The role involves generating leads, engaging with prospective parents, conducting school tours, and ensuring effective communication to convert inquiries into admissions. The BDE will act as the bridge between the school and the parent community, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and strong enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Generate leads through tele-calling, references, school events, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a database of prospective parents.
Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions inquiries.
Admissions Counseling & Conversion
Counsel parents about school curriculum, facilities, academic programs, and co-curricular opportunities.
Conduct school tours and presentations for parents and students.
Follow up promptly with inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing parents for referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
Address parent queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute admission campaigns.
Support in organizing school events, open houses, and exhibitions.
Represent the school in external events, education fairs, and community outreach programs.
Reporting & Targets
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve set admission targets and contribute to overall school growth.
Provide feedback and market insights to management for improving strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Persuasive and goal-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
Ability to build rapport and trust with parents.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions counseling (preferably in education sector).
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of leads generated daily/weekly.
Inquiry-to-admission conversion ratio.
Achievement of monthly and annual admission targets.
Parent satisfaction and feedback scores.
