Business Development Associate

to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, and social media outreach. Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for client acquisition. Maintain client database and track sales pipeline activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
