This is an onsite full time role for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include connecting with the clients on zoom platform, developing new business opportunities, enrolling them in our healthcare program and maintaining effective communication with them. The role will involve strategic planning to expand the company's client base and foster long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
New Business Development skills
Strong understanding of Business and Account Management.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in team.
Experience in the health and fitness industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Additional Preferences:
Gender Preference : Male Candidates Only
Experience Required : 0-6 months maximum.
Compensation : 30K Fixed, unlimited incentives upto 2lcs minimum which is based on the no. of closings.
Annual CTC: 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year (Including Fixed pay 3.6LPA+ Variable pay up to 2lac)
