Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities:



1. Perform cold calling and cold emailing to prospective customers across targeted geographies.

2. Research and identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn, online databases, company websites, and other prospecting tools.

3. Build and maintain lead lists and execute structured outreach campaigns.

4. Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to generate interest and responses.

5. Conduct initial conversations to understand prospect pain points and requirements.

6. Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with the technical team.

7. Maintain and update lead status, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

8. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline generation goals.

9. Track outreach performance (calls, emails, responses, meetings booked) and continuously improve approach.

10. General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as any specific responsibilities for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.

Required Skills & Experience:



1. 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.

2. Strong interest in technology sales / SaaS sales.

3. Hands-on experience with cold calling and email outreach.

4. Basic familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, email tools (Zoho CRM is a plus).

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

6. Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

7. Ability to handle objections and persist through rejections.

8. Good time management and willingness to learn sales processes.

9. Comfortable working with metrics such as call volume, email response rate, and meetings booked.
