Position Details: Designation: Executive Department: Business Development Work Mode: Work from Office What are we looking for: We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. What will you be doing:

• Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships.
• Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients while addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
• Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence.
• Maintaining an MIS, accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and providing regular reports to management.
