Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Associate
who can effectively
sell digital marketing services
and has hands-on experience in
Upwork lead generation and client conversion
. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell digital marketing services to domestic and international clients.
Search, analyze, and apply for relevant projects on
Upwork
.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Communicate with prospects to understand business goals and suggest suitable digital solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding after deal closure.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in
digital marketing sales, business development, or Upwork bidding
.
Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and online branding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused approach.
