Roles & Responsibilities
Perform 200+ cold calls daily (approx. 3 hours of calling) to prospective learners
Pitch and sell Certification Courses such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, PMP, Cloud Computing and other professional programs
Understand learner profile, pain points, and recommend relevant courses
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Convert leads into enrollments and meet weekly/monthly targets
Maintain CRM records and share daily activity reports
Coordinate with the marketing team for improved lead conversion
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
Preferred: Prior experience in EdTech or telesales
