Role Overview
We are looking for a
results-driven Business Development Executive
with
hands-on e-commerce experience
who can
identify, pitch, and onboard brands/sellers
for Cosmo Connect's e-commerce growth services.
This role directly impacts
company revenue and client success
.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
Identify and onboard
e-commerce brands, D2C startups, and marketplace sellers
Pitch Cosmo Connect's services (account management, ads, growth, automation, etc.)
Build and manage a
strong sales pipeline
Close deals through calls, meetings, and online demos
Client Relationship Management
Understand client business goals and pain points
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain long-term client relationships for upselling & retention
Market Research & Strategy
Research
marketplace trends, seller pain points, and competitor offerings
Identify new growth opportunities in e-commerce services
Share feedback to improve service offerings and pricing
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Track lead conversion ratios and client performance
Required Skills & Experience Mandatory
Proven experience in
E-commerce sales or business development
Strong understanding of
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or D2C models
Knowledge of
product listing, ads, pricing, and seller challenges
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to close high-value service deals
