The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, generating revenue, and driving overall business growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct product/service presentations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions or service offerings.
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals/quotations, and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decisions.
Attend events, exhibitions, and client visits as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Experience in [industry type - e.g., HR services, IT, real estate, finance, etc.] is an added advantage.
