Identify and secure
tie-ups with colleges and schools
for seminars, webinars, and career fairs to promote our
coaching institute
and generate qualified leads.
Conduct one-on-one and group
career counseling sessions
for students, helping them align academic goals with business school aspirations, including resume building and interview prep.
Develop and execute
business development strategies
, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking at education expos to expand our reach in
higher education partnerships
.
Track leads, manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho or Salesforce), and report on conversion rates for
student enrollment targets
in
MBA coaching sales
.
Organize on-campus events, workshops, and demo classes to showcase our
quantitative aptitude
and
verbal ability
training, fostering long-term
school-college collaborations
.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, feedback loops, and compliance with educational regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
business development

sales in education
,
course counseling
, or
career advisory roles
in coaching institutes, edtech firms, or consultancies.
Proven track record in building
educational tie-ups
with institutions, achieving sales quotas, and handling
student counseling
for competitive exams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and academic partners; proficiency in English and Hindi/Regional languages a plus.
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and digital tools for
lead generation in education
