We're hiring a motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to drive real estate sales and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be target-driven, and passionate about the property market.
Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through various channels
Meet clients, understand requirements, and close deals
Build and maintain client and broker relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Conduct market research and support promotional activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years in real estate / sales (freshers may apply)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of Indore real estate market is a plus
