Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven
Business Development Executive
to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and help drive revenue growth. This is a client-facing role with a focus on sales, lead generation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Pitch products/services to potential customers and close sales.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain and update CRM/database of leads and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Visko Group.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Knowledge of local market in Indore/Madhya Pradesh is an advantage.
Ability to travel locally for meetings and client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
