Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels (cold calling, social media, email campaigns, referrals).
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients (students, parents, schools, or educators).
Explain product offerings and engage prospects to book meetings or demos.
Sales & Closures:
Conduct product presentations and demos.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Client Handling:
Onboard and guide new clients through the product usage and support cycle.
Provide excellent post-sales support and relationship management.
Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and closures to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech or SaaS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages (as required).
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
