at Digiplasia, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts. You'll work closely with the branding, strategy, and marketing teams to pitch Digiplasia's services to potential clients, close deals, and nurture leads from local businesses, startups, and established brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Research and identify potential clients through online and offline channels.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Communication & Pitching:
Initiate conversations with business owners, startup founders, and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and present suitable Digiplasia services (branding, social media, websites, marketing, PR, etc.).
Create and present customized pitch decks or proposals in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.
Sales Conversion:
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture them into paying clients.
Negotiate pricing, service scope, and contracts.
Close deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Relationship Management:
Act as a point of contact for ongoing clients, upselling/cross-selling services as needed.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and marketing needs across various sectors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Report weekly progress and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable with cold outreach and pitching
Self-driven, target-oriented, and persuasive
Basic understanding of digital marketing, design, and branding services
Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
Fluent in Hindi and English
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (agency or startup preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and Google Workspace
