Job Title: Business Development Associate



Location: Indore (On-Site)

As a Business Development Associate, you will drive sales by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads. You'll manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.

Sales & Conversion: Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets. Negotiation: Close deals and handle objections effectively.

Client Management: Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Sales & Cold Calling: Proven sales experience with strong cold-calling skills.

Negotiation & Persuasion: Effective negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 0-3 years in a similar role, preferably in EdTech.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
