Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams for smooth project execution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and client requirements
Support business development activities to generate new opportunities
Prepare and maintain client data, reports, and MIS
Handle client queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions
Assist in negotiations, documentation, and closure of deals
Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction
Identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
1-3 years of experience in client coordination, sales support, or business development
Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary - 20,000 To 25,000 CTC
