Will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying potential clients, managing and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in sales operations. The role involves data research, client communication, lead management, proposal creation, and follow-ups to ensure effective conversion and relationship management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Data Research & Lead Generation
Conduct data searching and research based on different business verticals and target industries
Identify potential clients, companies, and decision-makers through various data sources
Perform data authentication and verification checks to ensure accuracy and relevance
CRM Management (Frappe CRM)
Enter and maintain accurate data in Frappe CRM
Create and update:
Leads
Contacts
Deals / Opportunities
Regularly update Tasks, Notes, and activity logs in CRM
Ensure data hygiene and timely updation of records
Sales Support & Documentation
Create and manage Quotations as per requirements
Assist in Proposal creation and customization based on client needs
Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Client Communication & Coordination
Call prospective and existing clients for introductions, follow-ups, and coordination
Draft and send professional emails for business communication
Arrange and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Take follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, quotations, and discussions
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Team Heads and Managers to provide regular updates on leads and deal status
Share progress reports, client feedback, and follow-up status
Support managers in tracking sales pipeline and conversion activities
Follow-up & Relationship Management
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to move deals forward
Maintain proper communication records for future reference
Assist in building long-term professional relationships with clients
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of Computer, Sales and business development processes
Familiarity with CRM systems (Frappe CRM preferred)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in email drafting and basic proposal documentation
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage)
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or CRM handling preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email tools)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and completeness of CRM data
Number of leads generated and authenticated
Timely follow-ups and task updates
Support provided in deal closures
Coordination efficiency and reporting accuracy
