Our client is Mumbai-based creative content production agency positioned at the intersection of a creative agency and a production studio. They partner with over 100 fashion and lifestyle brands to deliver high-quality imaging and content for e-commerce and digital platforms.

They have a team of 22+ creative professionals includes Creative Directors, Photographers, Cinematographers, Stylists, Editors, and Production Specialists -- supported by end-to-end infrastructure and equipment under one roof.

Role Overview

As a

Business Development Manager

, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding footprint of the company across fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, and digital brands. You will act as the primary interface between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth project conversion, commercial success, and long-term partnerships.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, closing deals, and building relationships in a creative business environment.

Candidate ProfileMust-Have

Minimum

1+ year experience

in business development / client servicing / sales roles in:

Advertising agencies Content production studios Media / digital agencies E-commerce platforms Fashion or lifestyle industry Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

?4.8 LPA

Incentives:

Performance-based (?1-2.5 LPA for average performers)
