Role Overview
We're looking for a
Freelance Business Development Associate
to help us
onboard brands onto the VRO platform
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, understands D2C or lifestyle brands, and wants flexible, performance-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to relevant brands aligned with VRO's men-focused marketplace
Pitch VRO's value proposition clearly and confidently to brand founders / sales teams
Drive end-to-end brand onboarding conversations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain basic tracking of outreach and onboarding status
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
Familiarity with D2C brands, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
Prior business development / sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
