Responsibilities:

Identify and track

government tenders and RFPs

related to IT and digital services Assist in

IT project planning

, documentation, and proposal writing Generate

leads for IT projects

through various channels including online platforms Manage and respond to inquiries on

freelancing portals

like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Collaborate with the technical team for

project execution and management

Support the sales team in client communications and pre-sales activities Maintain CRM and report progress to management regularly Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

Key Requirements:

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business, IT, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of

IT services and project lifecycle

Interest or experience in

government bidding, tender process, or freelancing platforms

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, quick learner

, and eager to contribute to team success Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
