Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation, service explanation, and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively to introduce the company's offerings.
Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems regularly, and share daily activity and performance reports.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally, routing them to the appropriate departments when needed.
Coordinate with the marketing team to access updated calling lists and execute campaign-specific outreach.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients through consistent and courteous communication.
Qualifications:
oGraduate in commerce, finance and marketing preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
