Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, pitching company products/services, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and ensuring continuous follow-ups to close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, networking, and referrals. Research potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations



Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth



Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Follow up regularly for feedback, updates, and repeat business.

5. Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth project execution. Update CRM/sales tools with daily activities, follow-ups, and lead status. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
