We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a proactive attitude. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and representing the agency in meetings independently and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
Pitch digital marketing services to prospective clients and close deals.
Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients independently and professionally.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages effectively.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Maintain a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvements.
